Please come join us for a fun-filled weekend with fellow equestrians raising funds for Mounted Eagles Therapeutic Horsemanship.
Private, well maintained and scenic trails on the Trailing S Ranch owned by your venue hosts, Bill and Aggie Stroot.
Provided Activities:
- Saturday morning guided trail rides at 10am and 2pm
- Sunday morning guided trail ride at 11am
- Rolls & Coffee Saturday Morning 7:30-9 am
- BBQ Sandwich meal Saturday night 6–9pm
- Pancake breakfast on Sunday Morning 8– 10am
- Saturday night group campfire
Fees and registration:
Price includes Meals as offered for the weekend, a place to park and access to water. There are no electrical hookups, but generators are welcome. Portable stalls can be set up.
- $65 per rider/horse
- $25 per kid under 10 years old
- $30 per non-riding adult

Below is a list of the rules of the ride. Please read them carefully. All Rides will be guided.
- Ride at your own risk.
- Trail courtesy required at all times.
- Anyone under 18 years of age MUST be under the supervision of an adult.
- If you carry Canned or Bottled beverages out on the trail, carry the empties back. No Littering on the trails. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed on the trail.
- All camping areas will be kept clean.
- ALL KICKING HORSES MUST wear a RED tail ribbon. Ask Mounted Eagles’ Volunteers for ribbons.
- No one allowed behind REAR Scout.
- NO Cowboying, Obnoxious or Intoxicating Behavior will be allowed on the trail or in camp.
- NO riding horses AFTER DARK.
- Park your rig in a manner that will not allow your horse to damage vehicles or other animals.
- Dress appropriately – WE WILL RIDE RAIN OR SHINE!
- All pets must be secured at all times.
