Welcome to Mounted Eagles, Leo (formerly known as Jingles)! We hope you are happy being with us. Leo joined us on Saturday, May 11th, 2024. He came from a family whose little girl had been his best friend. They went to shows together and won many ribbons and other prizes. Unfortunately, the little grew so much she was too big to ride her Jingles any longer. Fortunately for us, though, we connected with the family and were able to bring him home with us.

He came from a family whose little girl had been his best friend. They went to shows together and won many ribbons and other prizes. Unfortunately, the little grew so much she was too big to ride her Jingles any longer. Fortunately for us, though, we connected with the family and were able to bring him home with us.
Leo is a 6-year-old Miniature Horse (not a pony) gelding. He stands 37 inches tall and weighs 369 lbs. He is just the cutest little guy. Leo’s job with Mounted Eagles will be working with those individuals in our program who cannot ride a horse for one reason or another. He will bring lots of joy to them when they can lead him around, brush him, love on him and play games with him. We have lots of plans for Leo to keep him a happy little guy!
